  • This is an easily followed and we'll illustrated book that covers exercises to Improve posture.The book's illustrations make the moves even easier to follow.I bought this book and have been doing the exercises and stretches about every other night.There are routines to address specific problem areas, a short routine, work mobility and routines that you can add to whatever other exercise plan you're doing.I highly recommend this book!

  • I purchased this book because of the high reviews, but three chapters in, I have gotten nothing out of it. The author spends most of the early pages describing how posture improves self-esteems and will improve your life. That would be fine for a preamble, but it goes on way too long.
    When he finally gets to exercises, he lists Yoga poses and gives incomprehensible descriptions, while only including one picture (there are 7 poses, 6 of them are neglected).
    The author cites no studies or real evidence for his program. Rather, he just lists exercises. As mentioned earlier, figuring out how to actually do the exercises is almost impossible, given the poor descriptions and lack of images.

    Waste of time.
  • Here is a guide to stretches and calisthenics for range of motion, flexibility, and strength. You are cautioned about things to avoid in the program of exercise. Cut down on expenses by not having to pay for the use of exercise equipment!
  • An extremely clear guide to facilitating change in the body through simple changes in posture and movement. Don't let the simplicity fool you. What Alios Johnson is teaching is very effective. Good illustrations too.
