I was slightly disappointed when Murphy and Riley weren’t the main focus until well into the book, but when they did I absolutely loved them as a couple. Murphy believes love is a myth because that was what he was taught after his mother and ex fiancé royally screwed him over. Riley recently lost her mother to cancer and now her dad is making horrible decisions concerning their horse farm. They are from two different worlds and don’t have a lot in common but they just work. When there is a threat to Riley will Murphy save the day and come to her rescue? I can’t wait for the next installment of the series!"

This book picks up where Riggs book ended. I loved the extra behind the scenes from Murphy’s perspective and truly fell for him. You also get some background on why Murphy is so closed from having a relationship.
Riley is a college student who grew up on a horse farm where she still rides and lives at. She doesn’t know what she wants to do with her finance degree, except she wants to keep the family farm. Little does she know not everything is as it seems at the farm. She finds out what's going on and at first doesn’t know how to deal with it, but getting to know Murphy helps her understand a little more.
I fell in love with Murphy and Riley. They had a slow steady burning love. I could put myself in Riley’s shoes and understood how she felt about love and fearful she was of getting hurt. They had electric chemistry and I admit I reread the cell phone call scene more than a few times. Riley is my girl and I think L Wilder wrote her perfectly.
I do recommend this book and I also highly recommend you reading Riggs as well before. To be honest I recommend all her books. - Well done Ms Wilder with this series!! This book is a continuation of Rigg's story we are introduced to Murphy when he comes home from deployment only to discover his life and dreams are torn apart. Now he is the Satan's Fury's sergeant-at-arms and will do anything to protect his brothers from their enemies as he lives by Murphy's Law. When he meets feisty Riley Nichols at her father's horse farm while conducting a deal, things between these two become explosive and full of passion. Now they are faced with danger, violence and a threat to Riley and her family from outside forces and rivals. Considering his past betrayal with love, will Murphy finally give into his feelings? Now Riley is in danger, and he takes matters into his own hands to save her. You will not be able to put this book down, I highly recommend this series, can't wait to see what happens next to these hot alpha bikers of the Satan's Fury MC- Memphis Chapter.
- Book four of the Satan's Fury MC Memphis Chapter series. Can be read and enjoyed as stand-alone. Told in dual POV. Secondary characters are the other members of the motorcycle club, with club business story-line weaved throughout the series. Each book is about a different club member and finding their HEA. After having his heart broke 10 years ago Murphy doesn’t believe in love or do more than a one-night stand. Riley is attracted to Murphy but after a few chance meetings she is confused by his leading her on, then ghosting her. I wish this book had more interaction between Murphy and Riley and less “club†business and Riley’s dad’s farm back stories. It took a while in the story for Murphy and Riley to get together then after two dates, they’re in love and the end. I did enjoy the epilogue 6 years later!
- ## I guess I'm the odd man out. It was good but not great. First, they don't even meet until about 1/4 through the story. I get that the story needs to be set up, but that was a bit much. Then, I didn't feel Murphy was very alpha. I expected a little more from him. And I thought Riley was a little immature for him. After he decides he doesn't want to see her after all and blows her off for 3 weeks, she drunk call him. Calls him on his boss's phone, slurring and everything. They had one conversation and she calls him out about not wanting to see her. I was embarrassed for her character. Anyway, there were a lot of little things that bugged me, so I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would. I did rate an extra star for not having a bunch of clubwhores parading around like most MC books. Just OK.
- This is another addition to the Satan Fury’s MC- Memphis series. It begins where Riggs story ended. We are given insight to Murphy history with relationship and his perspective believe. He is tough, hard core and always caring for his MC family.
Riley Nichols is a college student and living on a farm with her father. She sees her family through rose colored glasses until she find out what’s happening behind her back. She unexpected meet Murphy when the Satan Fury is seeking an important item at the farm. The chemistry between Murphy and Riley was immediately intense.
The relationship is slow burn because they’re from two different worlds...with different beliefs in love.
This is a fast paced, entertaining and great MC read! - OK....I’m just going to get this out of the way.....Josh Mario John And Wander Aguair make gorgeous pics, together, and the bookcover for Murphy is HOT and one of my favorite things about the book....â¤ï¸ðŸŒ¼ðŸ”¥
MURPHY, Book 4 of Satan’s Fury MC Memphis Series, is, well, Murphy’s book about his love story with Riley, and may be one of my favorites....They have a sweet dynamic while he remains an all alpha, it seems the more alpha the male, the harder they fall....and Murphy falls for Riley and vice versa.....Good book...
And anytime you can imagine JMJ as the H in the book you are reading...it’s a good book.....â¤ï¸ðŸŒ¼ðŸ”¥
